The Walled Garden was built by the Brooke family at Norton Priory between 1757 and 1770. The property was owned by the Brooke family for 400 years, but fell into disrepair when the Brookes left. The 2-1/2 acre garden was restored in 1980 to its original grandeur and now features an orchard, a vegetable garden and a rose garden.
